Because of how this game works, there's typically more than one way to get an ending. As a result this post has two types of walkthroughs, general and detailed. General tells you the basic steps to getting and ending. Detailed will an exact set of directions to make sure you get to an ending if you're having trouble or just want to make sure to get it. Not sure when the detailed walkthrough will be posted.

General Walkthroughs

You Couldn't Escape: Try to escape at least once (when he notices) and avoid being nice to him. Then wait for day 3, using the bed or wait button in the bottom left corner to skip time. (You can avoid him asking if you're okay by clicking on him once, then clicking "Nevermind").
You Stayed: Make zero attempts to escape, then wait for day 3  using the bed or wait button in the bottom left corner to skip time.  (You can avoid him asking if you're okay by clicking on him once, then clicking "Nevermind").
You Got Out: Examine the hole twice and while he's gone (getting food or your stuff) use the pickaxe and chisel to make footholds and climb out.
You Killed for Your Freedom: Examine pickaxe and chisel in bottom left part of the screen once, make him go out to get you things 5 times, then wait until night and choose to stay up. Select the pickaxe/chisel and choose to attack him. Recommended you attempt this the second day.
You were Found: This ending is more reliant on timing, so it's recommended you get 4 other endings first so you can unlock the dev clock in the endings menu At 12:50-13:10 click on him and ask him to get your stuff, then wait until the search team is around and click "Call for help". Or wait until the search team is there and press back and use a lot of trial and error to find the right timing.
He Let You Go: Be as mean as possible and keep checking the rock toy in the right bottom part of the screen while he's gone (getting food or your stuff). Choose to break it and wait for him to get back.
